Meet the Instructors of the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta
Dr. Allison Schmidt
Dr. Allison Schmidt teaches a variety of ages and levels online through Goethe Atlanta. A native of Fargo, ND (yes, that Fargo), with familial ties to Germany, she knows the ins and outs of learning a language and knows that it can be fun! Having lived in Germany for three years and studied the language for over twenty, she integrates everyday culture, literature, film, and games into her lesson plans. During the day, she works as a Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania, so she'll inevitably bring current events into the classroom as well.
