Brigitta Hoeferle
Brigitta Hoeferle is a German-born cross-cultural trainer, coach, educator, and entrepreneur who has spent her personal and professional life building bridges between Germany and the United States. With degrees in Social Pedagogy and Marketing and extensive experience in education, business, and organizational development, she brings both academic expertise and lived international experience to her work.
As an ICF Master Certified Trainer, Brigitta specializes in cross-cultural communication, leadership development, coaching, and training-the-trainer programs. She helps individuals and organizations better understand cultural differences, strengthen collaboration, and navigate professional and personal transitions across cultures.
Her approach combines practical experience with a deep understanding of learning and human development. Having founded and built a Montessori school in the United States and successfully developed and operated businesses, Brigitta brings an entrepreneurial, results-oriented perspective to her training and coaching.
At the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta, she develops and leads cross-cultural trainings, courses, and coaching programs that foster meaningful connections between German, American, and international perspectives. Her work is grounded not only in professional expertise but also in her own experience of building a life and career across two cultures.
