Olga Nobleton
Olga Nobleton is our new Co-Executive Director of Development and Community Engagement. With more than 20 years of experience connecting people, institutions, and cultures, Olga brings a strong commitment to international collaboration, philanthropy and community connections.
Her career has been shaped by a passion for cultural exchange and relationship-building. From her early work with the GACC South to leadership roles in education, Olga has focused on strengthening connections that support learning, the arts, and global understanding. Fluent in German, Ukrainian, Russian, and English, she combines a global perspective with strategic insight and a talent for storytelling that helps organizations engage donors, partners, and communities.
Olga’s professional experience spans independent schools and higher education. At Atlanta International School, she spent more than a decade working with families from around the world and strengthening engagement within the school’s international community. She later served at Cape Fear Academy in Wilmington, North Carolina, where she led enrollment strategy and collaborated closely with advancement and marketing teams on philanthropic initiatives. Her experience also includes outreach leadership with Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Known for her collaborative approach, Olga has helped reimagine giving campaigns by expanding participation to include parents, volunteers, and community ambassadors. By pairing compelling storytelling with strategic outreach, she has helped organizations exceed fundraising goals while building stronger, more engaged communities.
At Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta, Olga will focus on strengthening philanthropic partnerships and expanding community engagement in support of cultural programming and educational initiatives.
