Deutsche Küche in den USA: Episode 2

An important aspect of a culture is its cuisine. Join us for this three-episode virtual series exploring German cooking and baking while living in the U.S. and using local ingredients as replacements for difficult to find German or European ingredients.

In the 1.5-hour episodes, participants will follow their host, Melissa Zimmerman (@a_melicious_life) while she concocts traditional German recipes. Episode 2 will feature a sweet German treat: Käsekuchen!

This virtual event is free to attend, but participants must register in advance to receive the Zoom meeting information for each episode.

PLEASE NOTE: When registering you will be prompted to select the tickets you wish to order. Please type the number of tickets you wish to reserve (i.e. "1" for just you, "2" for you and a guest, etc).

KULTUR ENSEMBLE

FRANCO-GERMAN CULTURAL CENTER

Founded in 1976 as a branch of the Goethe Institut, our organization has served the German-speaking community in Atlanta and the Southeast for more than 45 years. 

As of September 2022, we are officially a KULTUR ENSEMBLE!

1 of 9 globally, and the only in North America, together with the Alliance Francaise d'Atlanta, we are the center for German and French language, culture, heritage and experiences in the heart of Downtown Atlanta.
